The Muslim Professionals in Da’wah (MPD) Group in Kebbi State is thrilled to announce a significant gesture of support from the Wife of the Kebbi State Governor, Hajiya Zainab Nasare Nasir Idris. In a commendable act of generosity, the First Lady has donated ten brand-new motorcycles to the group to enhance their efforts in promoting Islamic enlightenment and da’wah activities across the state.
This generous donation was made during a courtesy visit by members of the MPD Group to Hajiya Zainab at the Government House in Birnin Kebbi on Wednesday, 5th February 2025. The motorcycles are intended to facilitate the group’s outreach programs, particularly in rural areas where access can be challenging.
In her address to the group, Hajiya Zainab Nasare emphasized the importance of utilizing these motorcycles effectively to carry out da’wah activities with greater ease and efficiency. She also called upon affluent members of the Muslim community to extend their support to da’wah groups, urging them to play an active role in fostering morality and good virtues within society.
Speaking on behalf of the MPD Group, its Chairman, Mallam Isah Magaji, expressed profound gratitude to the First Lady for her unwavering support and philanthropy. He highlighted the various initiatives undertaken by the group to spread Islamic teachings and thanked Hajiya Zainab for her continued encouragement, which motivates them to achieve even greater success in their mission.
