Who We Are & Why MPD Was Formed
Muslim Professionals in Da’wah (MPD) was founded in 2008 and registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission under registration number CAC/IT/NO 32379.
For a long time, a narrow narrative prevailed that Da’wah is confined strictly to those with formal Islamic scholarship — Imams, Ustazs, or Huffaz. MPD came on board to fundamentally transform this perception by promoting the understanding that every Muslim is a Da’ee in their own capacity.
